I have been learning so much as a keep myself open to new lessons, so life is always giving me new opportunities. My practice these days is about trusting; trusting everything happens for a reason and keeping my heart open as my only option to live a fulfilled life.

I want to invite you to check out my new online offering and the ongoing classes. I will be teaching a new class, starting on Thursday, December 9. A Hatha Yoga class and everyone is welcome. A class with asanas, breath work, meditation and more. Check out the class HERE.

The Yin/Restorative class every Tuesday night at 7-8:15pm is happening and you can sign for the next sessions HERE. We will start over on December 21.
