A 6-week online prenatal yoga series designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy — gently, safely and from the comfort of your home.

About this series:

Pregnancy is one of the most powerful and transformative journeys a woman can experience. Your body is doing something extraordinary — and it deserves extraordinary care.

This 6-week online prenatal yoga series blends yoga, Pilates and gentle strength work to support you through every trimester. Each Thursday evening at 5:30pm you will have one hour just for you and your baby. No commute, no rushing, no stress — just mindful movement, breath and connection from wherever you are.

Every class is thoughtfully designed to meet you exactly where you are in your pregnancy — honoring your body, your energy and your growing baby.

What we cover:

  • Safe trimester appropriate movement and yoga poses -

  • Breathwork for pregnancy and birth: Bee Breath — Bhramari for calm and anxiety relief

  • Golden Thread Breath for labor preparation

  • Ujjayi Breath for strength and focus - Pelvic floor awareness and gentle core support -

  • Hip opening and back pain relief -

  • Upper body strength and posture -

  • Birth preparation and baby connection -

  • Relaxation and Yin yoga every class

  • Your 6-week journey:

    Week 1 — Welcome & Breathe We begin gently with breath and body awareness.

    Week 2 — Root & Ground This week we focus on the hips, pelvis and lower body — the foundation of your pregnancy.

    Week 3 — Strengthen & Support Week 3 turns our attention to the upper body and posture.

    Week 4 — Open & Release This week is dedicated to releasing tension held deep in the body.

    Week 5 — Connect & Prepare Week 5 is where we begin to prepare intentionally for birth.

    Week 6 — Surrender & Trust Our final week is a celebration of everything you and your body have done.

  • What you will need:

    Everything you need is simple and already at home:

    • A yoga mat — a yoga mat. The other mats are slippery for yoga. Available at Target or Amazon from $25-$100.

    • Two blocks - we'll use this a lot during class. Available at Target or Amazon for around $20

    • An exercise ball — 65cm, highly recommended for this series. Wonderful for hip opening, back relief and birth preparation. Available at Target or Amazon for around $20-$30

    • Two firm pillows or a bolster — for support during relaxation

    • A blanket — to keep you warm during Yin and relaxation

    • A glass of water — keep it nearby

    • Comfortable clothes you can move freely in

    • A quiet space — even 6x6 feet is enough

    No special equipment needed to get started. If you don't have an exercise ball yet classes 1 and 2 can be done without one.

        I have been teaching prenatal yoga for years and every time I am in the room with a pregnant mama I am reminded of how sacred this time is. Your body is growing a human being. That deserves reverence, care and support.

        I created this series for the mama who wants to stay connected to herself through all the changes of pregnancy. Who wants to feel strong, calm and prepared for birth. Who needs one hour each week to breathe, move and simply be.

Postnatal Yoga Online with Angela For the mama who is ready to come back to her body — gently, intentionally, and without pressure.

Live via Zoom · Wednesdays 7pm · 60 minutes · Small intimate group · $17 per class / $68 for the full series

Before you join: For your safety and wellbeing, we ask that all participants have received medical clearance from their doctor or midwife to return to exercise after birth.


About this series A 4-week online postnatal yoga series designed for the mama who is ready to come back to her body — gently, intentionally and without pressure. Each Wednesday evening at 7pm you will have one hour just for you. No commute, no childcare needed, just your mat and your breath.

Every class blends yoga, Pilates and strength work in a progressive sequence that builds week by week. We cover the areas that matter most after having a baby — your spine, your pelvic floor and your upper body. Each class closes with relaxation and Yin so you leave feeling restored, not depleted.

This series is for every postnatal mama — whether your baby is 3 months or 2 years old, whether you are a complete beginner or returning to movement after a long break. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Week 1 — Reconnect & breathe Gentle awakening — meeting your body again

Week 4 — Integrate & celebrate Full body flow — bringing it all together


What you will need

A yoga mat — any mat works, even a folded blanket on carpet

Two blocks - we'll need them

A resistance band — light to medium weight

A pair of light dumbbells — 2 to 5 pounds to start

Two small pillows or a bolster — for support during relaxation

A blanket — to keep you warm during relaxation

A glass of water — keep it nearby

Comfortable clothes you can move freely in

A quiet space — even 6x6 feet is enough room to practice

No special equipment needed to get started. If you don't have a resistance band or dumbbells yet, classes 1 and 2 can be done without them. Both can be found online or at Target for under $20 total.

You want to move but can't always get to a studio

You are ready to reconnect with your body and your strength
