The private yoga classes will be personalized to your needs, goals and preferences. It also make a great gift to someone you love.

You can choose the style ~ Hatha yoga class, Yoga for Pelvic Floor and Yin & Restorative yoga, and you can also mix and match different styles of yoga to help you to achieve your goals.

I am here for you. When you sign, for the class, I will contact you to schedule a 30 minutes consultation, we will talk about your goals and desires and how I can help you. Together we will set up the schedule for the upcoming classes.
