Each month includes 8 themed one-hour classes, combining gentle movement, strength-building, mindful breath, and deep rest. We rotate through weekly focuses to support your whole body and emotional well-being:
All levels are welcome, and no special props are required—just a yoga mat, two blocks or sturdy books, and a few pillows or cushions. You’ll be gently guided through every movement and breath with safety and care in mind.
