Our prenatal yoga classes are thoughtfully designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. Whether you are in your first trimester or preparing for birth, each session offers safe and gentle movement, breath work and relaxation to help you stay active, reduce stress and connect with your growing baby

Postnatal Yoga — Rebuild, Restore & Reconnect
This postnatal yoga class is a specialized program designed to support women through their physical and emotional recovery during the first year after childbirth. Blending yoga, pilates and strength training, each class offers a thoughtful and progressive approach to help you rebuild strength, restore your core and reconnect with your body — at your own pace.
A thoughtful approach to recovery:
Core & Pelvic Floor — Reconnect with your deep core through breathwork and gentle targeted exercises that support the pelvic floor, spine and abdominal muscles
Progressive Strength — Gradually build strength using pilates-based movements and light weights to support your upper body and overall stamina
Alignment & Stability — Improve posture, balance and body awareness so you feel more supported in your daily life as a mother
