What to Expect in Each Class

Gentle Warm-Up
Start with grounding movements to awaken your body, ease stiffness, and prepare for a deeper connection with your breath and baby.

Prenatal-Safe Yoga Poses
Explore movements that build strength, mobility, and stability—always modified to support your trimester and energy level.

Pelvic Floor & Core Awareness
Learn functional exercises and cues to engage and release your pelvic floor and deep core, supporting you during pregnancy and beyond.

Breathwork & Meditation
Experience calming breathing techniques and short guided meditations to manage stress, ease discomfort, and promote emotional balance.

Deep Relaxation
Each class ends with restful poses or guided savasana, using cushions or pillows to help you fully relax, restore, and integrate.

Monthly Variety
Some weeks may include a full-body flow, a Yin Yoga session, or a retreat-style class with Yoga Nidra—giving you a balanced mix of strength and rest throughout the month.
