This is an event series

A 4-week online postnatal yoga series designed for

the mama who is ready to come back to her body —

gently, intentionally and without pressure.

Each Wednesday evening at 7pm you will have one

hour just for you. No commute, no childcare needed,

just your mat and your breath.

Every class blends yoga, pilates and strength work

in a progressive sequence that builds week by week.

We cover the areas that matter most after having a

baby — your spine, your pelvic floor and your upper

body.

Each class closes with relaxation and Yin so

you leave feeling restored, not depleted.
