Hello, I’m Angela Moreira—prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher, health coach, Pilates instructor, and a mother and grandmother.
Originally from Brazil, I now call California home. My journey through movement, motherhood, and personal transformation has deeply shaped the way I support women today.
Motherhood is one of the most powerful transitions a woman can experience. It asks for strength, patience, and deep reconnection with the body.
Through my own life experiences and years of teaching, I’ve come to understand that this season is not just physical—it’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal.
This understanding is at the heart of everything I offer.
With over 13 years of experience, I blend yoga, Pilates, strength training, and breathwork to support women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
My work focuses on:
Rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength
Supporting the body through change
Improving stability and alignment
Creating space for emotional balance and rest
Each class is designed to help you feel stronger, more connected, and supported in your body.
I’m inspired by nature, movement, and the constant process of growth and transformation. I believe that our bodies are always evolving—and with the right support, we can move through change with more ease and confidence.
My teaching is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that every woman deserves to feel at home in her body.
My mission is to support women through pregnancy and postpartum with care, knowledge, and intention—helping you reconnect with your body, rebuild strength, and move through motherhood with confidence.
