Nurture & Connect: Online Prenatal Yoga Series

A twice-weekly class to support your strength, softness, and connection—through every stage of pregnancy.

Join me from the comfort of your home for this nurturing online prenatal yoga series designed to help you stay strong, calm, and deeply connected to your changing body and growing baby.

Each month includes 8 themed one-hour classes, combining gentle movement, strength-building, mindful breath, and deep rest. We rotate through weekly focuses to support your whole body and emotional well-being:

Monthly Rhythm:

  • Upper Body Awareness & Strength — Release tension in the shoulders, neck, and upper back, while gently building arm and postural support.
  • Lower Body Support & Stability — Strengthen your legs, hips, and pelvic floor while improving circulation and ease.
  • Prenatal Retreat Class with Yoga Nidra — A deeply restful class with guided meditation to soothe your nervous system and promote bonding with baby.
  • Yin Yoga for Pregnancy — Long, supported holds using household props (pillows, cushions, blankets) to promote deep release and inner calm.
  • Integration & Flow — Weaving in strength, mobility, and relaxation for an embodied close to the month.

All levels are welcome, and no special props are required—just a yoga mat, two blocks or sturdy books, and a few pillows or cushions. You’ll be gently guided through every movement and breath with safety and care in mind.

Prenatal Partners Workshop

Welcome to our Prenatal Partners Workshop — a special opportunity for couples to explore simple, supportive yoga-based practices that promote relaxation, connection, and ease throughout pregnancy.

Together, we’ll gently explore breath awareness, partner-supported postures, and calming touch techniques to help you feel more grounded and connected. These practices are designed to support your well-being now and help you prepare — physically and emotionally — for the journey of birth and parenthood.

No prior yoga experience is necessary — just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore together. This workshop is a time to bond, share a few laughs, and enjoy being present with each other and your baby.

Date & Time: Sunday, July 27

Cost: $120 per couple

Location: Mind Body Zone

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in

Bring a water bottle and two yoga mats (one for each partner)

Dress comfortably (no jeans, please)

We recommend eating a meal 2 hours before and having a light snack beforehand

Refreshments will be provided after class.
