Welcome to our Prenatal Partners Workshop — a special opportunity for couples to explore simple, supportive yoga-based practices that promote relaxation, connection, and ease throughout pregnancy.
Together, we’ll gently explore breath awareness, partner-supported postures, and calming touch techniques to help you feel more grounded and connected. These practices are designed to support your well-being now and help you prepare — physically and emotionally — for the journey of birth and parenthood.
No prior yoga experience is necessary — just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore together. This workshop is a time to bond, share a few laughs, and enjoy being present with each other and your baby.

Cost: $120 per couple
Location: Mind Body Zone
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in
Bring a water bottle and two yoga mats (one for each partner)
Dress comfortably (no jeans, please)
We recommend eating a meal 2 hours before and having a light snack beforehand
Refreshments will be provided after class.
